Our vehicle will be equipped with all the required equipment, fitted in a compact yet comfortable space, making it easy for the vehicle to be on the go while serving tasty Tea.
Chailicious® is a chain of tea outlets that will enable people to start their own tea business with low investment for an outlet/franchise of Chailicious® with complete startup kit and initial stock to start the business. It’ll be a one-stop shopping for variety of best Tea flavors for Tea Lovers with our various segments.
We have established a sophisticated infrastructure in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Our infrastructure is divided into various departments comprising of Processing area, Grading area, Packing area, Blending area and Container Loading area. This helps us carry out all our business related activities in a proper manner. Our departments are well-equipped with various machines that help in manufacturing the products in bulk quantities. We regularly update our machines to maintain the excellent rate of production.
We use best in class Pulverizers to get a perfect grind. We have interlinked the Pulverizers to get a hands free process, also further attaching a Sieving machine to get a uniform grind. We go through a grading process and metal scanning process, before goods are fed to the feeder. After we process the products we pack them using our in-house Packing Machines that enable us to pack products with high speed and hygiene. It is vital for the products to be packed in their Final Packaging after its ground or blended to retain the aroma, taste, colour and shelf life. We have collaborated with several laboratories to run various tests on our finished products before shipment.
The pulverizers have chilled air passing through the spices at 5°C to reduce product temperature while grinding by 25°C– 35°C, which will retain the aroma, taste, colour and shelf life. ruca offers a wide variety of packing options for our clients.
